Points System

In order to provide better service and more convenient ways to offer our clients exclusive promotions, our clinic has introduced a new, simple, and convenient points system. This allows you to easily accumulate points while enjoying aesthetic treatments and redeem them for your favorite services. Below are the detailed instructions for our points redemption system:

✔ How to join the points system?
Simply scan the QR code and register (using your email), and you will become a member of our points system to start enjoying exclusive benefits.

✔ How to earn points?
You will earn 1 point for every 10 NZD spent.

✔ Membership perks & bonuses

Upon registering, you will receive 10 free points.

Refer a friend who purchases aesthetic services and receive 50 free points.

✔ Points redemption rules

Points can be redeemed for over 10 aesthetic treatment services, but points cannot be redeemed for cosmetic injectables, products, or semi-permanent makeup consumables.

The minimum redemption threshold is 30 points per transaction.

There is no limit on the number of redemptions; points can be used at any time.

✔ How to check your points?
You can view your points history anytime in our points system, including details of points earned and redeemed.

✔ Online booking and redemption
Use our web-based system or WeChat customer service to book appointments, check points history, and redeem services.

⚠ Additional notes:

Points can be used for friends or family.

Points are valid for one year and must be used within this period. After one year, unused points will expire automatically.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit Requirement: A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and reserve the treatment machine. The deposit will be deducted from your total treatment cost.
  • Cancellation Notice: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit: Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up.
  • Confirmation: Once your booking is made and deposit paid, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS. Please ensure your contact details are correct.
